The procedure, divided into 3 (three) lots, has as its object the concession, pursuant to art. 164 of Legislative Decree 50/2016, the management of coffee shops placed at the service of visitors to the Capitoline Museums together with the Buvette of Palazzo Senatorio (Lot 1 - CIG 9175826328), the Museum of Rome — Palazzo Braschi (Lot 2 - CIG 9175841F85) and the Casina del Lago annexed to the Carlo Bilotti Museum (Lot 3 - CIG 917585396 E), as well as the provision of the catering service.

With this procedure, Zètema intends to select subjects to whom to entrust the cafeteria and restaurant services as concession, intended as services for the public falling within those regulated by art. 117 of Legislative Decree no. 42/2004 at the cafeterias at the service of the aforementioned Museums.

This lot concerns the concession of cafeteria, small catering and catering services at the Capitoline Museums, inside Palazzo Caffarelli and adjoining Caffarelli terrace, as well as the management of the Buvette located inside Palazzo Senatorio, the current representative office of Roma Capitale, adjacent to the Aula Giulio Cesare, hall of the Capitoline Assembly.

This lot concerns the concession of cafeteria, small catering and catering services inside the Museum of Rome — Palazzo Braschi, located in Piazza Navona n. 2, Rome.

This lot concerns the concession of cafeteria, small catering and catering services at the Casina del Lago, with an adjoining garden, adjacent to the Carlo Bilotti Museum, located in Rome inside Villa Borghese, along the Viale dell'Aranciera.
