The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance for the Office and organizational units of the City of Tychy.

The order includes:

- Task # 1:

- property insurance against all risks, including theft limits and the limit for glass items,

- insurance of electronic equipment,

- damage insurance for machines,

- liability insurance (general + extended)

- Task # 2:

- property insurance for the Municipal School Complex at Al. Piłsudskiego and the property located at ul. Promnicka 53 in Kobióra

- Exercise NR 3:

- accident insurance

- Task No. 4:

- motor insurance (liability, AC, NW, ASS, Szyby)

1. The subject of the contract is comprehensive insurance of the Office and organizational units of the City of Tychy.

The order includes:

- Task # 1:

- property insurance against all risks, including theft limits and the limit for glass items,

- insurance of electronic equipment,

- machinery insurance against damage.

The contracting authority provides for the option to exercise the option right. The option right consists in the application of the abolition of the reduction franchise in property insurance against all risks - applies to task I (point 3.1.8 of Annex 4-OPZ will be replaced by the following: Obligatory condition: franchises and own shares abolished).

2. The contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer the parts of the contract which it intends to entrust to subcontractors along with their companies.

The subcontractor is required to have a permit from the competent authority to carry out insurance activity in accordance with the Act of 22.05.2003. on insurance activity (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2018, item 999, as amended), at least as regards the risks covered by the subject of the contract.

3. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the Employer is obliged to demonstrate that the supplies, services or works offered by him meet the requirements specified by the Employer (Article 30 (5) of the PPL).

4. Employer pursuant to art. 29 paragraph 3a of the PZP Act requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons performing the following activities in the field of the contract:

The Employer requires that persons performing work consisting in servicing the Employer's insurance policies (issuing policies, annexes, etc.) be employed by the contractor and / or subcontractor (s) on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 Labor Code ( Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1502, as amended). It is required that the employment contract was concluded at least for the duration of the subject of the contract.

5. The method of documenting the employment of persons and the awarding entity's powers in the scope of controlling compliance by the contractor with the requirements referred to in art. 29 paragraph 3a, as well as sanctions for non-compliance with these requirements are specified in the general conditions of the contract.
