The purpose of the Technical Specifications is to define the Technical Services necessary for the Exploitation, Operation and Maintenance of the SAIIH (Automatic Integrated Hydrological Information System), as well as all the facilities that depend on it, in order to guarantee its operation in perfect conditions in a stable manner over time and provide its information service to the different users, both internal and external, through proper operation and exploitation. The services covered by this Specification have been classified in the sections described below:• SERVICES COMPOSED OF PROGRAMMED ACTIVITIES. These activities are both related to the maintenance and the operation and exploitation of the system and include operations:- Conservation, maintenance, improvement of the operation and optimization of the management.- Of operation, exploitation or development of the system.- Of support to other units and internal and external services.- Of economic-administrative management.- Auxiliary.• SERVICES COMPOSED OF UNPROGRAMMED ACTIVITIES. These are activities related to both the maintenance and the operation and exploitation of the system, including extraordinary situations such as floods or droughts, those that arise from problems in the operation of the system and require special attention because it is a situation of degraded operation or because it is necessary to diagnose or solve the aforementioned operational problems and those that occur at the request of the Director of the works. IMPROVEMENTS AND REPLACEMENTS that are carried out in coordination with the services of the programmed activities. These activities are those related to the incorporation of technological updates and improvements.• SERVICES RELATED TO ENSURING SAFETY AND HEALTH.• SERVICES RELATED TO WASTE MANAGEMENT.
