The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 promotional large screens (65 inches) for the equipment of the Schools of Technical Schools Complex in Turku - 2 units and the Agricultural Schools Complex of the Practical Training Center in Middle Ducks - 1 piece. The contract is carried out as part of the Modern technologies in vocational training project element of the economic development of the functional area of the Turkish and Kola poviats ", Greater Poland Regional Operational Program for 2014-2020, Priority Axis 9" Infrastructure for human capital ", Measure 9.3" Investing in the development of education and training infrastructure ", Sub-measure 9.3.2" Investing in development of vocational training infrastructure ".
The subject of the order is the delivery of 3 promotional large screens (65 inches) with a built-in network player for ZST equipment in Turku - 2 items and ZSR CKP in Medium Ducks - 1 item. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex 1 to the ToR. The description contains minimum requirements. The contractor who refers to equivalent solutions described by the contracting authority is required to demonstrate that the supplies he offers meet the requirements specified by the contracting authority (Article 30 (5) of the Public Procurement Law). In all the provisions of the ToR and in its annexes, in which the contracting authority refers to standards, European technical assessments, approvals, technical specifications and technical reference systems in accordance with art. 30 paragraph 4 of the PPL Act, the Employer allows solutions equivalent to those described. If the names of specific manufacturers are given in the description of the subject of the order, they should be treated only as a description of the desired standard and quality. In all such situations, the Contractor may offer equivalent solutions with at least the same parameters. By equivalence is meant to offer a solution whose technical parameters are at least the same as those described in the ToR. If an equivalent solution is offered, the Contractor is required to demonstrate the equivalence of the solutions used. The Awarding Entity considers the offers containing solutions with a different specification than those specified in the SIWZ and with parameters lower (worse) than those specified in this specification to be contrary to the ToR, and thus such offers will be rejected. The criteria for the evaluation of the offers are as follows: a) price of the offer - 60% (gross) b) guarantee and warranty - 20% (the warranty period corresponds to the period of the guarantee granted by the Contractor, however, it is not less than the period resulting from the provisions of the Civil Code and starts to run from final acceptance without reservations by the Employer. c) deadline for performing the order - 20% (number of days from the date of the contract).
