This consultation concerns a framework agreement for subsequent contracts for urban project management and public spaces in the ZAC du Center Bourg in the municipality of Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes. This ZAC constitutes the extension of the historic urban fabric of Saint-Thibault-des-Vignes in a space left free by road infrastructure and land abandoned over time to spontaneous vegetation on the top of a hill between the Marne and the Gondoire. The ZAC covers an area of approximately 28 ha spread over three distinct sectors on either side of the RD 934: Rédars, Glases and Clayes.
