The object of the order is the delivery of equipment for collection of fees.

The subject of the order is the delivery of toll equipment consisting of:

(a) dismantling and upgrading 30 pcs of MBS Computergraphik Z3 equipment built in SPP with their relocation, supply and assembly of 90 pcs of factory-equal new equipment and disassembly and disposal of 86 pcs of equipment held by the Ordering Party (hereinafter: variant I);

or variant

supply and assembly of 120 pcs of factory-equal new equipment and disassembly and disposal of 116 pcs of equipment held by the Ordering Party (hereinafter: variant II)

(b) making available the management system of the SPP and other solutions referred to in the OPZ,

(c) training of employees of the Ordering Party in the field of system and equipment,

(d) the transfer of technical documentation,

(e) the provision of 36 months' warranty and warranties, in case of application of carbon steel, an increase of the paint coating warranty to 96 months is required.

(f) the dismantling and disposal of charging equipment, together with foundations (if necessary on the basis of point 4 in the OPZ), held by the Contracting Authority.
