The market has a fixed part corresponding to services of the P2 + P3 type: small maintenance, troubleshooting, major maintenance, replacement of parts.

The contract also includes a variable part for one-off services, in particular the replacement of equipment which does not fall within the scope of the fixed part, or de-sludging. These services are the subject of purchase orders when the need arises. The contract is concluded without minimum and maximum amounts.

Fixed portion: as part of its obligations, the holder ensures:

- routine maintenance (P2) of individual gas boilers and gas VMCs;

- major maintenance renewal (or total guarantee - P3) of individual boilers as well as gas VMCs.

Variable part: on purchase orders, the holder may be required to provide the following services:

- installation of anti-scale system;

- sludge removal;

- boiler replacement;

- replacement of room thermostat.
