Vefsn municipality hereby invites tenderers for prequalification for participation in a restricted tender contest with negotiations. The contract applies to the project new Mosjøen school. The project is carried out in accordance with a described partnering model in two phases; phase 1 planning and engineering design and phase 2 option for detailed engineering design and construction.

The entire project shall be developed in collaboration with users, the builder, contractor, architect and consultants. The current buildings shall be demolished to facilitate for a new school building. The gross area of the buildings subject to demolition is approx. 8500 m2. The school building has a combined gross area of approx. 5300 m2. Surrounding the school building(s) is areas subject to outdoor work.

The project will be carried out in accordance with the partnering model.

The project execution is split into two phases:

- Planning and engineering design (phase 1) 

- Execution - detailed engineering design and construction (phase 2)

The project and necessary engineering design will be defined in phase 1 before the execution of construction work. Descriptions are to be formulated, costs estimated, a progress plan formulated, and risk analyses carried out. A target price for the execution of the project is to be presented. Phase 2 is an option for the builder, comprising detailed engineering design and construction of the building.
