1. The subject of the contract is digitization, verification, improvement of the quality of the cadastral map and modernization of the EGiB database for the Mszana Dolna Commune, as part of the project entitled "E-services in the spatial information of the Limanowski Poviat" co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Operational Program of the Voivodeship Małopolski for the years 2014-2020, Priority Axis 2 Digital Małopolska, Measure 2.1. E-administration and open resources, Sub-measure 2.1.4 E-services in spatial information, from the European Regional Development Fund.

2. The order was divided into 5 partial tasks.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Performing geodetic and cartographic works including verification and improvement of the quality of the EGiB database for compliance with the conceptual model by modernizing the EGiB of the Glisne, Olszówka, Raba Niżna precincts in the Mszana Dolna - commune - regarding data on:

a) land, including:

- borders of registration precincts,

- boundaries of registration plots,

- land use boundaries, including their timeliness and designation.

b) buildings,

c) objects permanently related to buildings,

d) residential real estate,

e) preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending in the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Eldership in Limanowa from the area of Glisne, Olszówka, Raba Niżna,

f) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities which, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.

2) Development and display for inspection of the draft descriptive and cartographic report, participation in the consideration of the reservations submitted to this report in the course of its lining and execution of geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic report resulting from the included reservations;

3) Performing geodetic works necessary to convert and update EGiB data;

4) Introduction to the Staroste's IT system of EGiB data sets created by the Contractor.

2. The detailed scope and technical requirements for carrying out the works are specified in the contract template for Partial Task No. 1 and the Description of the subject of the contract for Partial Task No. 1 together with attachments constituting attachments to the ToR.

3. The Purchaser requires a minimum warranty period of 24 months for services rendered, calculated from the day of failure-free final acceptance of the subject of the contract. The warranty period over the minimum period is a criterion for the evaluation of offers on the principles set out in point 18.2 of the ToR.

4. Warranty period: 24 months in accordance with art. 568 § 1 of the Civil Code of 23.4.1964 (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 459, as amended) calculated from the day of failure-free final acceptance of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract includes in particular:

1) Performing geodetic and cartographic works including verification and improvement of the quality of the EGiB database for compliance with the conceptual model by modernizing the EGiB of the Kasinka Mała precinct in the recording unit Mszana Dolna - commune - regarding data on:

a) land, including:

- borders of registration precincts,

- boundaries of registration plots,

- land use boundaries, including their timeliness and designation.

b) buildings,

c) objects permanently related to buildings,

d) residential real estate,

e) preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to complete the administrative proceedings pending in the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Eldership in Limanowa from the area of Kasinka Mała District,

f) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities which, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.

2) Development and display for inspection of the draft descriptive and cartographic report, participation in the consideration of the reservations submitted to this report in the course of its lining and execution of geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic report resulting from the included reservations;

e) preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending at the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Eldership in Limanowa from the area of Kasina Wielka District,

f) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities which, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.

2) Development and display for inspection of the draft descriptive and cartographic report, participation in the consideration of the reservations submitted to this report in the course of its lining and execution of geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic report resulting from the included reservations;

e) preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending at the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Eldership in Limanowa from the area of Łostówka, Mszana Górna,

f) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities which, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.

2) Development and display for inspection of the draft descriptive and cartographic report, participation in the consideration of the reservations submitted to this report in the course of its lining and execution of geodetic works necessary to introduce changes in the design of the descriptive and cartographic report resulting from the included reservations;

3) Performing geodetic works necessary to convert and update EGiB data;

e) preparation of geodetic documentation necessary to complete administrative proceedings pending in the Department of Geodesy, Cartography and Cadastre of the Poviat Eldership in Limanowa from the Lubomierz, Łętowe districts

f) owners of real estate and entities whose land is owned or managed by the Treasury or local government units, as well as entities which, on the basis of independent ownership, own land for which, due to the lack of the land and mortgage register, a collection of documents or other documents, determine their owners.
