The purpose of this consultation is a project management mission for the rehabilitation of 54 housing units on an occupied site in building A of the Ambroise Paré residence located at 41-43-45 rue professeur Morat and 73 avenue Jean Mermoz 69008 Lyon.

the contract comprises 1 firm tranche and 5 optional tranches (see Article 2.2 of the CR).

the call for applications is open to any team presenting the following skills:

- Architectural competence (representative)

- Bet fluid/thermal

- Construction economics

- Bim Manager

- BET Asbestos

- BET Structure

- scheduling, management and site coordination (Opc)

For the proper execution of its missions, the team will enlist the additional skills it deems necessary (asbestos betting, road and highway, safety, etc.)
