The assignment to be tendered is elaborated in the design in the annexes. It concerns the adaptation of the building-related technical installation, replacement of the data network and the reorganization and refurbishment of the ROC Ter AA part of the building.

Adjustments for fire safety with regard to fire-resistant penetrations fall outside the scope of this assignment. The assignment was previously published. No registrations were received. Similarly, a procedure for negotiation without prior publication has not led to the desired result. That is why the contract is put out to tender again. The budget has been adjusted, as well as the specifications.

The budget for the total assignment is: € 5,275,000 excluding VAT and can be further divided into:

- Main assignment: reorganization and realization fresh schools class B € 4,650,000 excluding VAT replaced data network € 275,000 excluding VAT

- Optional: realization "look and feel" € 350,000 excluding VAT

Tenderers must submit a tender for both the main contract and the optional contract. Tenders above the mentioned amounts are excluded from registration. The adjustment of the "look and feel" is optional for the Client. The Client is not obliged to dedicate that part of the assignment.
