The object of the contract is the management of the educational service of the Municipal Nurseries of the hamlets Eremo and Buscoldo authorized to operate for children aged between six months and three years respectively for 27 places in Eremo and n.16 places in Buscoldo, without prejudice to possible further admissions authorized on the basis of ascertained absences, up to a maximum of 32 places for the nursery school of Eremo and n.21 places for the nursery school of Buscoldo.

As far as management is concerned, the contracting authority has established the following subdivision of authorized places taking into account 32 total places for Eremo and 21 total places for Buscoldo:

Nest of Hermitage "La Filastrocca":

- full-time (7.30/18.00) n.25 seats

- part-time (7.30/13.00) n.7 seats

Nest of Buscoldo "The Enchanted Forest":

- full-time (7.30/18.00) n.14 seats

- part-time (7.30/13.00) n.7 seats

The contractor will have to take care of the management of the educational service, as well as take care of the cleaning service. The Winning Company will carry out these services with its own organization, as defined by the Special Specifications.

The service covered by the contract is to be considered to all intents and purposes a public service, being aimed at providing services provided for by law at the expense of public bodies and aimed at satisfying collective needs in the field of public education. The Contractor must therefore strictly adhere, in the exercise of its functions, to the principles of regularity, quality, safety and equal treatment, to protect the rights of the recipients. In this regard, the Municipality will carry out specific supervisory functions.

This is a service contract referred to in Annex 9 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, service categories 17.
