The subject of the contract is the performance of repairs in the P5 maintenance level of 26 double-decker middle wagons of the Bpz series and 11 double-decker control coaches of the ABpbdzf series manufactured by Bombardier Transportation GmbH together with additional works, delivery of monoblock wheels and their replacement.

The subject of the contract is the performance of repairs in the P5 maintenance level of 26 double-decker central wagons of the Bpz series and 11 double-decker control coaches of the ABpbdzf series manufactured by Bombardier Transportation GmbH together with additional works, delivery of monoblock wheels and their replacement.
2. In all the records of the SWZ and its annexes where the Contracting Authority refers to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, in accordance with Article 101 (4) of the Pzp Act, the application of equivalent solutions, standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems as indicated in the SWZ and the annexes. Where equivalent solutions are used, the Contractor shall be obliged to demonstrate in writing the equivalence of the technical parameters offered in respect of the subject of the contract.
3. The detailed manner of performance of the contract is specified in the Draft provisions of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ and in the annexes to the Draft provisions of the contract.
4. The Contracting Authority requires that the Contractor and the subcontractor (if the Contractor entrusts part of the contract to a subcontractor) perform the contract with employees employed under an employment contract in the scope of activities indicated in § 2 of the Draft provisions of the contract constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
The method of documenting the employment of employees, the Ordering Party's rights to control the Contractor's compliance with the requirements and sanctions for non-compliance with specific requirements are included in the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
5. The Contracting Authority requires that the subject of the contract be provided by a Contractor who has implemented a quality management system based on the IRIS STANDARD (ISO/TS 22163) in the field of maintenance of railway vehicles. The subject of the contract should be carried out in compliance with the requirements of quality, reliability and technical safety, in accordance with such a standard.
6. If welding works are necessary, the Ordering Party shall require that the Contractor present a certificate and a list of qualified personnel enabling welding in accordance with PN-EN 15085:2.
7. The Contracting Authority requires a quality guarantee for a period of at least 18 months, counting from the date of signing the commission acceptance protocol of a given double-decker wagon, for works performed under the subject of the contract or for the entire wagon after repair, depending on the Contractor's choice
