- a cleaning service for the common areas, the surroundings of the buildings and presentation of the containers for collection as well as the upkeep and cleanliness of the administrative premises;
- a replacement service for SIP personnel processed on the basis of unit prices and subject to a purchase order contract. The resulting services must be carried out in accordance with the execution deadlines set out in the order form;
- a housing cleaning service processed on the basis of unit prices and subject to a purchase order market. The resulting services must be carried out in accordance with the execution deadlines set out in the order form;
- a housing or annex clearing service processed on the basis of unit prices and subject to a purchase order market. The resulting services must be performed in accordance with the execution deadlines set out in the order form.
