Nord-Fron kommune, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition in connection with a framework agreement for procurement (lease/purchase) of vehicles and fleet management services to the municipalities of Lillehammer, Gausdal, Øyer, Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron.

The framework agreement shall include fleet management including the collection of offers for leasing and purchase of vehicles to the Contracting Authority's vehicle fleet. I.E. The fleet manager shall handle all administrative and operational services regarding upkeep of the vehicle as well as making the necessary reports available to the Contracting Authority. The agreement shall have a duration of 2 years with an option to extend for 1 year + 1 year.

Each leasing contract for vehicles runs until the lease period expires.

When signing new agreements for fleet management after 2 years or possible three — four years, the fleet management service provider shall gratuitously communicate necessary information as well as transfer all invoicing and operational elements to any other service provider of fleet management services.

It is not possible to submit tender offers for part of the delivery.

The contracting authority is not a legal entity. Therefore separate agreements will be signed:

— The contract for Gausdal, Lillehammer and Øyer municipalities will be signed by Lillehammer kommune.

— The contract for Ringebu, Sør-Fron and Nord-Fron municipalities will be signed by the respective municipalities.
