Framework agreement on the supply of climate-neutral natural gas for SLP/RLM delivery points for various properties in the city of Wülfrath in the period 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2023.
List of delivery points according to Appendix 1 (SLP delivery points)The subject of the invitation to tender is the agreement on the supply of natural gas to the points of consumption listed in the list of delivery points in accordance with Appendix 1 and Annex 2 to this contract. At the delivery point with the KDNR. 911.944.453-01 (Wülfrather Wasser Welt, Sporthalle Goethestraße, Jugendhaus, FLIEGE, Ogata, former Hauptschule, VHS) it is an RLM delivery point, all other delivery points are those with standard load profile (SLP).
Due to the associated different consumption quantities and the corresponding billing modalities, the tender is issued in the form of 2 lots.

Lot 2 = List of delivery points according to Appendix 2 (RLM delivery point "City Center")
In order to be awarded the contract for its tender, each tenderer must submit tenders for both lots as part of the invitation to tender.
The current gas demand for the delivery points according to Plant 1 is approx. 7 million kwh per year (see Annex 1), for the delivery point according to Annex 2 approx. 1.8 million kwh. The consumption points of Lot 1 are city-owned buildings and facilities such as schools, day care centers, city-owned apartments, company buildings and emergency accommodation, those of Lot 2 are the building complex indoor pool / sports hall Goethestraße as well as the former main school building with various municipal uses and a commercial anchor tenant.
