This contract relates to the multi-technical maintenance of heating, ventilation, smoke extraction and electrical equipment installations at the Cité de la Formation Santé Sociale in Rezé. The contract consists of five (5) lots: - Lot 1: Heating, ventilation and air conditioning of the premises; - Lot 2: Electricity, high current and low current; - Lot 3: Smoke extraction and fire safety; - Lot 4: Rainwater, Wastewater, Plumbing; - Lot 5: Elevators
