Provision of rescue services (emergency rescue, qualified patient transport) as well as provision of the locations and rescue equipment required for this purpose.
The contract is awarded for carrying out the tasks of the ground-based rescue service in the rescue service area of the Heidekreis district as defined in § 2 para. 2 NRettDG.
The power consists of the
- Carrying out emergency rescue (only in lots 2 to 5)
- Carrying out qualified ambulance transport (in all lots).
Emergency medical care is not the subject of the award. The assignment is for the period from 01 January 2023 to 31 December 2028 (5 years). The assignment is carried out by means of a contract under public law (§ 1 of the Lower Saxony Administrative Procedure Act (NVwVfG) in conjunction with § 54 of the Administrative Procedure Act (VwVfG)).
