Motocompresor MC103 (coreses compression station).

The scope includes the supply of the following:

One (1) Electric driven Gas Compressor Skid with the following, but not limited, equipment and systems:

One (1) Seal-less type gas compressor with magnetic bearings.

One (1) main electric motor for compressor driving, hazardous area zone 1, group IIA, T1, including their associated instrumentation and auxiliaries.

One (1) Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) for the electrical motor of the gas compressor, including

Its own cooling system.

One (1) power dry type transformer for VFD, including its own cooling system.

Enclosure for noise reduction of the gas compressor (To be quoted separately).

Steel base frame for engine, compressor and its auxiliaries.

Anti-surge control system.

Valves, piping, fittings, tubing, supports, expansion joints (if required), flanges connections (including counter flange, gaskets, bolts and nuts), thermal insulation for personnel protection, receiver vessels (if required shall be quoted separately), silencers (if required shall be quoted separately), and strainers (for normal operation and start-up).

All necessary connections for instrument air, water drains, gas leakages and safety valves releases.

Safety Valves to protect the equipment.

Power cables wiring until internal terminal boxes.

Electrical terminal boxes.

Local instrumentation and monitoring system. It is required all the instrumentation needed for the control and operation of the compressor, and the safety functions needed.

Gas leakage detection system.

Monitoring equipment for vibrations.

Mounting material and accessories for instruments.

Instrumentation and control cables up to terminal boxes.

Instrumentation Terminal Boxes

Unit Control System (UCS) as a whole unit, including:

One (1) Active Magnetic Bearings Control Panel.
