The purpose of the contract to be tendered is to take out the insurance policy that covers material losses and damages affecting the facilities and goods included: - in the works of modernization and consolidation of irrigation systems owned by SEIASA or that, although not owned by SEIASA, are part of the projects of modernization and consolidation of irrigation promoted by SEIASA; - in the irrigation modernization and consolidation works carried out within the framework of the PRTR Phase I and Phase II, during the time that elapses between the receipt of the works and the delivery of the same to the Communities of Water Users.
