The subject of this award procedure is the tender for an external service for technical consulting in the ELS 2.0 project of the Thuringian police.

The service provider is to coordinate the overall topic (system technology, network technology, communication technology) between the project, the providers or, in the future, the awarded contractor and the line and, after appropriate training, also independently perform tasks for technical evaluation. In addition, a consultant should be available as a specialist for individual topics (system technology, network technology and communication technology). The services are called up on the basis of a framework agreement, as required.
