Description:

The general objective of this project is to contribute to the improvement of quality of life in participating cities, by promoting sustainable and integrated urban development, through the identification of innovative policies and programmes. This will be done through the establishment of a mechanism/platform for knowledge exchange and transfer of good practices among cities on specific thematic areas.

Specific objectives of the project will be to facilitate the sharing of information and transfer of good practices and lessons learned on sustainable and integrated urban practices and policies between participating cities, in order to contribute to a learning process based on concrete examples and best practices, as well as to facilitate business cooperation and local economic development, including supporting low-carbon developments.
