Sarastia Oy's Procurement Services requests its customers to bid on motor fuel service station tanks for liquid fuels suitable for traffic use at service stations and automatic stations.

Refuelling is carried out using a customer-specific company card, which must operate in the provider's national network of service stations, which includes both manned and unmanned fuel distribution points.

The agreement can also be used to purchase other motor-related products and services offered at the stations, such as lubricants, glass washer fluids, urea solution, wiper blades, bulbs, car washes and electric vehicle charging, if the supplier has these to offer.

The procurement is divided into two (2) sub-entities:

1. Petrol (95E10 and 98E5) and diesel (all grades) and other car-related products and services offered at stations

2. Renewable diesel and MPÖ

The tendering process will be carried out in an open procedure, based on which a maximum of two (2) contract suppliers with the most points per sub-entity will be selected for both sub-lots 1 and 2. The same tenderer may be selected for several sub-packages.

The contract starts at the earliest when the procurement decision has become final.

The contract period is four (4) years.

Additional questions concerning the tender must be submitted in accordance with the tender documents in the Tender Service portal by 11.9.2023 by 12:00.

Service station or automatic purchases of petrol (95E10 and 98E5) and diesel (all grades) are made with customer-specific company cards, which are subject to a discount of cents per litre (VAT 0%) on the meter price at service and automatic stations in the supplier's network.

Purchases of renewable diesel (meets standard EN15940) and motor fuel oil (MPÖ) at distribution or service stations are made with customer-specific company cards. Prices are given per product per litre as the net contractual price for the days in demand.
