Fuel supply - refueling of vehicles and equipment PUK sp. z. o. o. in Ełk within 12 months

1. Purchase and refuelling of vehicles/equipment owned by the Ordering Party at the Supplier's station using fuel cards. The list of vehicles/equipment for refuelling shall be received by the Supplier on the day of conclusion of the contract. The Ordering Party has the right to modify the list during the performance of the contract. 2. The Supplier's petrol station for the execution of the order is to be located in the city of Ełk at a distance of no more than 4000 m from the headquarters of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Ełk - Suwalska 38 Street. The offer must include the exact address of the station and the distance in meters. 3. The supplier is to provide refuelling 24 hours a day of the week on all days of the week. 4. Petrol stations must meet the requirements provided for in the regulations for service stations, in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 21 November 2005 on technical conditions to be met by liquid fuel bases and stations, long-distance transmission pipelines used for the transport of crude oil and petroleum products and their location (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 1853, i.e. as amended). 5. In the event of a failure / renovation of the petrol station indicated in the offer, the Supplier will provide the Ordering Party with refueling at another station in the city of Ełk at a distance of not more than 4000 m from the registered office of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych Sp. z o. o. in Ełk - Suwalska 38 Street and on the terms as in the Supplier's offer. 6. Fuels being the subject of the contract meet the requirements of PN-EN 590 standards or equivalent and the provisions set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 9 October 2015 on quality requirements for liquid fuels (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1680) 7. The estimated quantity of the subject of the order is: diesel fuel ON - in the amount of about 145 000 liters gasoline PB 95 - in the amount of about 6 000 liters The estimated amount of diesel oil applies to a total of summer and winter oil during the digestive period of the contract as needed. The vendor will invoice once a month. Invoices documenting the sale of fuels directly to the tanks of cars will be issued for each vehicle with the registration number. The invoices will be accompanied by a document confirming: receipt of the product, date of receipt, type, quantity and net unit price on the date of purchase, offered margins, surname and first name of the recipient. 8. The Ordering Party allows for the possibility of not fulfilling 10% of the gross value of the contract specified in the offer. If the Supplier fails to execute an order with a value of less than 10% of the amount specified in the Supplier's offer, the Supplier shall not be entitled to any claim in this respect. 9. At the request of the person specified in the contract, but not more often than once a month, the Supplier shall issue a fuel quality certificate to the Ordering Party or indicate the possibility of obtaining it himself.
