In summary, the project will comprise:

Section A:

• 1 x classroom including WCs and storage 80 m2;

• 1 x universal access toilet 4.5 m2.

Giving a floor area incl circulation and internal walls of: 110.7 m2.

Section B

• three classroom SEN Base 441.1 m2.

Giving a floor area (incl circulation and internal walls of 564.6 m2.

Giving a Gross Floor Area for Section A and B (including circulation, internal walls and stairs) 675.3 m2.

Also:

• secure hard and soft play area 200 m2;

• sensory garden 100 m2;

• 9 parking spaces.
