CIVIS wishes to launch a market of assistance and advice mission for the annual monitoring of public drinking water and collective and non-collective sanitation services on CIVIS territory. The services are broken down into different tasks, namely:

Task 1: monitoring of the state of the assets of drinking water and collective sanitation services;

Task 2: preparation of annual reports on the price and quality of services;

Task 3: annual audit of service management;

Task 4: participation in water and sanitation commissions;

Task 5: assistance with technical and budgetary programming;

Task 6: assistance in the negotiation of an additional act;

Task 7: assistance in solving a problem.
