Dynamic acquisition system for the supply of electricity and related services

This dynamic acquisition system covers the supply and distribution of electricity and associated services. It is organised within the framework of a central purchasing unit led by the Urban Community of Dunkirk (CUD), in a group of orders with the Auges.

The purpose of this consultation is to establish a Dynamic Acquisition System (DAS) within the meaning of Article L. 2125-1-4º of the Public Order Code.

The dynamic acquisition system is defined with no limit of amounts (neither minimum nor maximum).
