Description:
Receipt, transport and management service of waste resulting from mechanical segregation code 19 12 12, broken down into Part II

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with the code 19 12 12 – Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, in total quantities up to 8,000.00 Mg / year divided into II parts:

Part I – Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount of up to 4,000.00 Mg / year (waste generated from municipal waste);

Part II – Collection, transport and management of waste with the code 19 12 12 in the amount of up to 4,000.00 Mg / year (waste generated from municipal waste).

It is estimated that about 160-350 Mg / 1-month for each part is transferred.

The contractor may submit a price offer for only one part. Placing a bid in two lots will result in rejection of the bid.

Detailed description of the item of the order is described in SWZ, Chapter IV - Description of the item of the order.

Service of collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with the code 19 12 12 divided into II parts (waste generated from municipal waste)

1. The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of waste resulting from mechanical segregation with the code 19 12 12 – Other wastes (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11, in total quantities up to 8,000.00 Mg / year divided into II parts:

Part I – Collection, transport and management of waste with code 19 12 12 in the amount up to 4,000.00 Mg / year (waste generated from municipal waste).

It is estimated that about 160-350 Mg / 1-month for each part is transferred.

The contractor may submit a price offer for only one part. Placing a bid in two lots will result in rejection of the bid.

2. The Ordering Party reserves that the quantities given above are indicative quantities, illustrating the possible size of the scope of the subject of the contract and may change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party, however, the minimum amount of waste transferred will be for:

Part I – 2.000,00 mg/year.

In the case of waste collection in an amount smaller than specified above, the Contractor is not entitled to any claims.

3. Waste generated in the process of sorting mechanical segregation of municipal waste constituting an over-sieve fraction. Secondary raw materials were separated from this waste, i.e. glass, metals, pet, paper, cardboard, etc.

4. The waste shall be stored in an open, uncovered area, in unbaled form.

5. The Ordering Party informs that on the basis of the collected data, on average it is able to load approx. 22 Mg of waste for Part I on the vehicle transporting waste. However, this value is variable and largely depends on the load capacity of the vehicle collecting the waste.

6. Annex 8 to the SWZ presents the results of tests for waste with the code 19 12 12 (for both parts).

7. In Appendix 9 to the SWZ, the Ordering Party provides illustrative photos of waste with the code 19 12 12 (for both parts).

8. Waste does not contain components specified in Annex 4 to the Waste Act.

9. The Contractor shall be obliged to manage the waste in accordance with the applicable environmental protection regulations.

10. The waste covered by this contract should be treated using an alternative fuel production plant or a waste thermal treatment plant.

11. The settlement of the amount of waste shall take place on the basis of the legalized goods weight located at the Ordering Party, according to the printout of the weighing result.

12. Waste will be collected by transport of the contractor at his expense and managed by the contractor through recovery.

13. The Contracting Authority shall inform the Contractor about the planned amount of waste to be collected in advance.

14. The Ordering Party reserves that the quantities of waste collected from the Pukinin Plant with the code 19 12 12 will be determined successively during the execution of the order.

15. Waste will be collected by the contractor from the Installation located at: Pukinin 140, 96 – 200 Rawa Mazowiecka. Waste collection will take place from Monday to Friday from 7:00 to 18:00.

16. Waste collection will be confirmed by waste transfer cards.

17. Loading of waste will take place with the equipment of the Contracting Entity, and the contractor will be obliged to provide a container or other vehicle/equipment adapted to transport this type of waste.

18. The Contractor shall be obliged to immediately inform the Contracting entity of any situation causing any difficulties in the collection, transport and management of waste.

19. The Contractor shall submit a statement to the Contracting Authority on the recovery of the entire mass of waste accepted in a given calendar month by the 15th day of each subsequent month by e-mail to the following address: odpady@zgoaquarium.pl.

20. Pursuant to Art. 60 and Art. 121 of the Public Procurement Law, the contracting authority reserves the obligation for the contractor to personally perform key tasks for both Parts I and II, consisting in the management of waste code 19 12 12.
