The purpose of the evaluation is to obtain knowledge about whether the temporary alternative reception centre (MAMOT) scheme has functioned as intended and how it has been managed since it was established. Knowledge from the project will be used to assess whether the scheme should be adjusted, whether it should be used in subsequent crises and whether it should be expanded to include other groups with a high probability of approval.
