the purpose of the market is various works on the green spaces of the Commune such as pruning, felling, wiping and planting of trees and shrubs. This is a framework agreement contract with single-awarding purchase orders with a minimum of 160,000 euro(s) excluding VAT and a maximum of 1,000,000 euro(s) excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract.

the implementation of this contract includes all the supplies, ways, handling and transport necessary for the complete execution on the green spaces of the municipality of Joinville-Le-Pont of the following services: shaping pruning of trees alignments of the road, pruning of isolated subject in park or massifs, pruning on embankments or banks, surface deforestation and planting of trees and shrubs. This is a single-awarding framework agreement concluded for one year renewable three times one year
