The subject of the contract includes the provision of a service consisting in the organization of guarded bathing areas, provision of designated guarded sea bathing areas by the indicated deadlines for organizing, location and equipment of rescue stations in accordance with applicable regulations, providing qualified rescue personnel and supervision over their work, ensuring appropriate social conditions for rescue personnel, ensuring marking and equipping designated water areas with technical, rescue and auxiliary equipment, signaling and warning devices as well as medical equipment in accordance with applicable regulations, and cooperation with the Employer as part of the implementation of the program "Blue flag".
The following beach sections have been designated to carry out the subject of the contract:
- sea bathing beach in Dziwnów from the descent to the beach at ul. Żeromskiego to the east to go down to the beach at ul. Parkowa - 500 mb of beach,
- sea bathing beach in Dziwnów "Przymorze": to the east at the mouth of the Dziwna at the descent to the beach from ul. Przymorze, the length of the coastline of the beach - 100 mb of the beach from the mouth,
- sea bathing beach in Dziwnów "Polish parachutes": at the descent to the beach from ul. Spadochroniarzy Polskich on the west side of the mouth of the Dziwna Strait, the length of the beach shoreline - 100 mb of the beach,
- sea bathing resort in Dziwnów "Słoneczne": west of the beach entrance from ul. Słoneczna - 100 m.
Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100m of guarded beach.
Rescue service of positions:
- in the period from 15 June to 30 June - 9 people (including 3 rescue stands with 3 water lifeguards),
- in the period from 1 July to 31 August - 15 people (including 5 rescue stands, 3 water lifeguards each).
Rescue service of positions at the sea bathing in Dziwnów "Przymorze", "Polish parachutists" and "Słoneczne:
- in the period from 1 July to 31 August - 3 people (1 rescue stand with 3 lifeguards).
Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.
The following stretch of beach was designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:
- sea bathing area in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 m west of the entrance to the beach from ul. fairy tale,
- sea bathing area in Łukęcin 2 with a length of 100 m west of the entrance to the beach from ul. Walking.
Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach.
Rescue service of the above positions:
- in the period from 15 June to 31 August - 3 people (1 rescue stand with 3 lifeguards).
Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00.
The following stretch of beach was designated for the implementation of the subject of the contract:
- sea bathing beach in Międzywodzie from ul. Westerplatte to ul. School - 600 mb of beach.
Number of rescue positions: 1 rescue position for every 100 m of guarded beach.
Rescue service of positions:
- in the period from 15 June to 30 June - 9 people (including 3 rescue stands with 3 water lifeguards),
- in the period from 1 July to 31 August - 18 people (including 6 rescue stands, 3 water lifeguards each).
Lifeguards' working time during the performance of the contract: each calendar day from 9:00 to 17:00
