Since the introduction of its multiannual programme of interventions in 2017, the ETH has undertaken to carry out urban, technical and economic prefeasibility studies, with a view to obtaining, in a short time, an insight into an identified development hypothesis on a given site. These studies can be carried out throughout Normandy. The purpose of the urban, technical and economic prefeasibility study is to accompany the contracting authority in its preliminary reflections at the scale of a project sector.
The content of the services, and their conditions of execution, are specified to the CCTP:
— main mission to identify the technical, urban and environmental constraints of the area pre-sizing the needs and feasibility of the operation;
— complementary missions diagnosis of the technical constraints of the building in the presence;
— accompanying the approach to operators definition of eligible land burden;
— establishment of an architectural, functional and technical programme.
