The National Library of Ireland proposes to engage in a competitive process in order to establish a multi-operator framework agreement for Collection Management Services over a number of different lots. The types of services which are likely to be required are Metadata creation, QA and enhancement, Processing, Digitisation, Preservation and Project management.
