The plot area is 8.740m².
The supporting structure is planned in solid construction as a steel-concrete skeleton with an infill made of lightweight concrete masonry. The staircases are constructed in STB design. The roof construction is realized as a lightweight construction in timber construction.
The construction project has a GFA of approx. 3,460m².
The content of this tender is the N2 extinguishing system for two redundant server rooms. The extinguishing agent quantity is 980 l with a total of 6 extinguishing nozzles and a distribution network (consisting of approx. 260 m of pipe) for the two rooms. Furthermore, a fire alarm panel with 21 smoke detectors and 270 m of fire alarm cable is part of the tender
