The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. All the lots will be awarded to a single economic operator. This framework agreement concerns the provision of geological and geotechnical services for the Hautes-Alpes Department concerning: roads and buildings. The services will be provided within the framework of protection against natural risks caused by infrastructures. The services to be performed under this contract include:

- carrying out surveys with a shovel or drilling, in situ and laboratory tests;

- interpretation of soundings, test results and preparation of study report;

- services of geologists for appraisals and site reconnaissance;

- geophysical surveys for soil characterization;

- geotechnical studies of pre-projects, projects, as well as geotechnical supervision of execution.
