1. The subject of the order is:

"Planting trees and evergreen vegetation in the łomianki commune".

Part I of the subject of the contract - "Planting trees in the municipality of Łomianki".

Part II of the subject of the contract - "Execution of plantings of evergreen vegetation in the area of the village of Dziekanów Leśny and Sadowa in the municipality of Łomianki".

1. Planting trees.

1) The scope of work includes:

• purchase of seedlings – material in containers or dug from the ground in a ballot, along with planting;

• preparation of the substrate – cleaning the area from weeds and other impurities;

• digging appropriate pits for each tree;

• total or partial mortar of pits (depending on soil conditions);

• placing trees in the right position and at the right depth;

• execution of an aeration and irrigation system from perforated pipes around the root ball of each of the trees; pipe length of min 2.5 m and diameter min 50 mm; perforated pipe is to be led above ground level and secured with a cap with holes;

• filling the pits with native material mixed with fertile horticultural soil along with hydrogel;

• tamping a new layer of earth;

• stabilizing the tree with 3 stakes (6 x 250 cm) with 3 bars at the top; as bindings, wide tapes should be used, e.g. from plastics and fastened at approx. 2/3 of the height of the trunk in such a way that they do not damage the bark;

• securing the tree trunk with a casing made of strong plastic with a height of min. 20 cm protecting against mechanical damage, e.g. when mowing lawns;

• making and forming a bowl with a diameter larger than the planting pit itself around the sapling and filling it with medium ground bark of conifers; bark layer - min. 5-7 cm;

• abundant watering of plants after their planting min. 40 l of water / 1 pc (water for watering is provided by the Contractor);

• clearing the area after the work has been carried out;

• placing trees in the right position and at the right depth;
