Demolition of the existing and construction of the new Senior school building.
Removal of existing prefabricated structures, new road/ footpath and car park arrangement, landscaping and all associated works.
This is a phased development as this is a live site. The day to day operation of the school must be maintained at all times by the appointed Main contractor.

The construction of external stores, new vehicular and pedestrian entrance gates, 6 nº new hard courts, new car park arrangement, improvements to existing footpaths, roadways and drop of facilities, new boundary fencing to the boundary of the schools, landscaping and all associated ancillary development works.
Construction access to the site will be provided through a separate temporary entrance taken off Station Road.
