This requirement is for the provision of voice, mobile, fixed landline and data convergence service to the Trust, including the full design, implementation and delivery of ongoing support services which will enable the Trust to improve service and drive down cost . The intention of the Trust is to award the contract to a Single service provider, therefore any bidder that does not have the capacity to provide convergence service for all our fixed and mobile voice and data services need not apply.
