The subject of the contract is the Purchase with the supply of computer equipment, which is carried out from the funds of the grant project "Support for children from Pegeer families in digital development – PPGR Grants.

In accordance with Article 91(1) of the PPL Act, the contracting authority allows the submission of partial tenders divided into 3 parts, as follows:

1st part 1 of the order – "Purchase with delivery of desktop computers",

2. part 2 of the order – "Purchase with delivery of portable computers",

3. part 3 of the order – "Purchase with delivery of tablets".

1. 'Purchase with delivery of desktop computers', comprising:

1) delivery of 101 pcs. brand new sets of desktop computers, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, including system software, to the extent specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (for part 1) together with their transport, bringing and assembling at the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing equipment.

2) delivery with the order of the instruction required for service in Polish,

3) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,

4) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if they are required for the proper operation of the product);

2. The Contractor is obliged to provide products with the same parameters, coming from the same manufacturer (the same manufacturer, model, version).

3. The detailed scope of deliveries (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The manner of performance of the contract is specified in Annex 2a to the SWZ (Draft Contract for Part 1).

4. The Contracting Authority shall not require the Contractor to submit together with the offer the means of proof in question.

1. 'Purchase with delivery of portable computers', comprising:

1) delivery of 493 pcs. brand new portable computers, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, including system software, to the extent specified in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ (for part 2) together with their transport, bringing and depositing in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing equipment.

2) delivery with the order of the instruction required for service in Polish,

3) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,

4) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if they are required for the proper operation of the product);

2. The Contractor is obliged to provide products with the same parameters, coming from the same manufacturer (the same manufacturer, model, version).

3. The detailed scope of deliveries (Detailed Description of the Subject of the Order) is included in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ. The method of performance of the contract is specified in Annex 2b to the SWZ (Draft Contract for Part 2).

1) delivery of 28 pcs. brand new tablets, i.e. not used before the date of delivery, excluding the use necessary to carry out the test of correct operation, coming from the manufacturer's official distribution channels, ensuring in particular the implementation of warranty rights, to the extent specified in Annex 1 to the SWZ (for part 3) together with their transport, bringing and assembling in the place indicated by the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party does not allow post-leasing equipment.

2) delivery with the order of the instruction required for service in Polish,

3) providing technical and functional documentation related to the subject of the contract,

4) providing with the order warranty documents issued by the manufacturer, as well as all necessary for the proper operation of wires, cables, connectors, etc. (if they are required for the proper operation of the product).

2. The Contractor is obliged to provide products with the same parameters, coming from the same manufacturer (the same manufacturer, model, version).
