Framework Agreement Whole Solution Replacement Scanning

Framework agreement on a complete solution for replacing scanning and legally secure transmission of electronic incoming mail (according to TR-RESISCAN) to ThüringenVis.

Approximately 50 authorities in the Free State of Thuringia are to be equipped with a TR-RESISCAN-compliant scanning site. Up to 70 scan sites are expected to be installed.

The object of procurement is a complete solution for replacing scanning and legally secure transmission of electronic incoming mail (according to TR-RESISCAN) to ThüringenVis, consisting of the following services:

-the required scanners (including software for central monitoring and control of the scanners used)

-delivery, installation, configuration and integration in ThuringenVis

support services during the start-up phase

-the scanning software (TR-RESISCAN compliant)

-the training and instruction of the scan personnel in the scanning sites

-the required system service (maintenance, care and support services).
