Trondheim kommune og Malvik kommune (Trondheim Municipality and Malvik Municipality), hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invite tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with entering into a contract for transport and storage of technical aids for disabled persons who live and reside in the municipalities.

The Contracting Authority requests transport of long-term and short-term aids. Please refer to the attached procedure description showing the scope of the services requested and the applicable dates. The services consist of the following:

• long-term aids

Transport, transit warehouse, simple assembly/unpacking, simple assembly of technical aids loaned out by NAV Hjelpemiddelsentralen [the NAV Assistive Aids Centre] in Trøndelag (also referred to as HMS) to persons with long-term/lasting need.

• short-term aids

The operation of a municipal warehouse containing technical assistive aids for lending to persons with short-term requirements. Including transport, simple installation /unpacking, assembling/disassembling, cleaning and maintenance.
