The contracting authority has garage, pedestrian and driving entrances as well as other entrances, particularly at nursing homes, fire stations, large and newer nursery schools, schools and other buildings.

In order for these technical installations to achieve the expected function time and to avoid operational stoppages, the installations need to be inspected on a regular basis. The purpose of the procurement is to establish a framework agreement for periodic follow-up of all such installations, as well as respond to and manage critical errors. Well-functioning installations will improve customer satisfaction and reduce the cost of repairs and replacements.
