The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the area of PGE Dystrybucja S.A. Lublin Branch for the needs of NOSG under the conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and executive acts issued on its basis to the facilities (collection points) of the Ordering Party listed in the Detailed description of the subject of the contract.
