The Nordland Hospital Vesterålen is a new hospital with an area of approx. 15 000 m². It is now in use and the existing unused buildings are subject demolition.

As a part of this, a number of preparatory works, both HVAC technical, electro technical and constructional, shall be executed. The works roughly comprise re-adjustment and alteration of technical plants and accompanying constructional works for the following buildings:

Wing M – Laundry building.

Wing R – Kitchen.

Wing K – Administration.

Wing V – Psychiatry.

The preparatory works ('Preparation to demolition') are divided in the following contracts:

K 223 Preparation to demolition – construction works for buildings.

K 307 Preparation to demolition – HVAC technical works.

K 401 Preparation to demolition – electro technical works.

The tender documents are scheduled ready 2. 09.2014. Access to the project hotel is available by written registration to utbygg@nlsh.no
