The subject of the contract is the supply and installation of television equipment for the early detection (monitoring) of forest fire risk, including installation and commissioning of the system, in particular:
a) assembly on a newly built H-48 m lattice mast in Ostrowo (plot no. 5144/5) (camera brackets and antennas were installed at the stage of mast construction) with a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
b) installation on the existing H-42m reinforced concrete tower in Piaski (plot no. 5244/1, Witkowo commune, district of Ćwierdzin) for the camera, camera support with a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
c) assembly at the RPAD (District Emergency - Dispatch Point) of a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
d) construction of a radio communication system between the fire mast in Ostrowo and the reinforced concrete tower in Piaski.

b) installation on the existing H-42m reinforced concrete tower in Piaski (plot no. 5244/1, Witkowo commune, district of Ćwierdzin) for a camera, a bracket for the camera with a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
c) assembly at the RPAD (District Emergency - Dispatch Point) of a set of devices indicated in the monitoring project,
d) construction of a radio communication system between the fire mast in Ostrowo and the reinforced concrete tower in Piaski,
e) launch of the mast communication system in Hutka with the RPAD point using the existing teletechnical route and embedding of the optical fiber (fiber optic cable FO U-DQ (2N) BN 9/125 8ELSOH 1000N E14),
f) The Contractor on behalf of the Employer is obliged to apply to the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) with the application for the appropriate frequency necessary to perform the radio communication system described in point d) or other decisions required by law, permits, judgments and etc.,
g) The Contractor is obliged to start and implement the entire system together with tests of its proper functioning,
h) The Contractor will provide service and technical support during the warranty period.
