The subject of the contract is: delivery of drugs in the drug program for the treatment of cystic fibrosis: Ivacaftorum + Lumacaftorum (Orkambi) granules (188 mg + 150 mg) x 56 sachets 18 op.

The purchase is carried out as part of the B.112 Drug Program reimbursed by the National Health Fund entitled "Treatment of Cystic Fibrosis".

The order must be completed in accordance with the requirements set out in the SWZ and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement.
