1. Order item.

1.1. The subject of the order is conducting clearing of local streets, walkways, parking bays and transitions in the territory of the Italian district of Warsaw with the division into parts:

Part I - concerns winter cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw in 2023-2024;

Part II – concerns the summer cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw in 2024.

1.2. Part I of the order - Winter cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw in 2023-2024.

1.2.1. The subject of the order has been classified according to CPV codes

(a) 90610000-6 (cleaning and sweeping services)

b) 90620000-9 (snow removal services)

(c) 90630000-2 (deicing services)

d) 90914000-7 (parking cleaning services).

1.2.2. The subject matter of the contract includes (Part I of the contract) work on:

a) winter mechanical street maintenance in the District of Italy;

b) winter manual cleaning of sidewalks, parking bays and pedestrian crossings (with the effect of snow removal, elimination of slipperiness and possible removal of snow);

c) Intervention manual cleaning works, i.e. removal of the effects of icing after failures;

d) Manual cleaning of the areas covered by the contract in the absence of snowfall or icing, i.e. cleaning up small plant waste, sand, garbage, etc. impurities with export.

e) The works listed above will be carried out in the areas listed in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Draft provisions of the agreement, in accordance with the offer cost estimate constituting Annex 3 to the Draft provisions of the agreement.

1.2.3. The Contracting Authority plans to carry out not less than 50% of the amount of work provided for in the offer cost estimate.

1.2.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the number of measuring units / the expected number of treatments specified in the cost estimate in the event that during the performance of the contract there is a need to perform more of a specific scope of work (at the expense of reducing another scope of work). Changes made in this way may not exceed the contractor's remuneration specified for this purpose in § 4 clause 1 of the contract.

1.2.9. The manner of performance and detailed scope of services (PART I ORDERS) are specified in the SWZ and the Draft provisions of the contract together with attachments:

a) Appendix 1 – list of streets of the District of Włochy covered by mechanical cleaning pursuant to § 1 clause 1 point 1;

b) Appendix 2 – list of areas of the District of Włochy covered by manual cleaning in accordance with § 1 section 1 point 2;

c) Appendix 3 – detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract;

d) Appendix 4 – offer estimate for summer cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw.

7.1. The subject of the contract in part I of the contract will be works with a net value of up to PLN 369,473.70, consisting in repeating similar services included in the basic order for part I of the contract, in the scope of:

winter mechanical street maintenance in the District of Italy;

winter manual cleaning of sidewalks, parking bays and pedestrian crossings (with the effect of snow removal, elimination of slipperiness and possible removal of snow);

Intervention manual cleaning work, i.e. removal of the effects of icing after failures;

Manual cleaning of the areas covered by the contract in the absence of snowfall or ice, i.e. cleaning up small plant waste, sand, garbage, etc. impurities with export.

These contracts (in Part I contracts) will be awarded under conditions determined in accordance with the provisions of the Pzp Act.

7.2. The subject of the contract in part II of the contract will be works with a net value of up to PLN 156,621.24, consisting in repeating similar services included in the basic order for part II of the contract, in the scope of:

Summer mechanical cleaning (sweeping along with the removal of collected waste) roadway, curb lane and fuse of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the District of Italy;

Summer manual cleaning (sweeping and removal of grass and weed overgrowths and other impurities with export) from the areas covered by the contract;

Intervention cleaning works, i.e. removal of plant waste resulting from violent atmospheric phenomena;

1.3. Part II of the order - Conducting summer cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District of the Capital City of Warsaw in 2024.

1.3.1. The subject of the contract has been classified according to the CPV code (Part II)

(a) 90610000-6 (cleaning and sweeping services)

b) 90914000-7 (parking cleaning services).

1.3.2. The subject matter of the contract includes (Part II) work on:

a) Summer mechanical cleaning (sweeping with removal of collected waste) roadway, curb lane and fuse of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the District of Italy;

(b) Summer manual cleaning (sweeping and removal of grass and weed overgrowths and other impurities with export) from the areas covered by the contract;

c) Intervention cleaning works, i.e. removal of plant waste resulting from violent atmospheric phenomena;

d) The works mentioned above will be carried out in the areas listed in Annexes 1 and 2 to the Draft provisions of the agreement, in accordance with the offer cost estimate for summer cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st. Warsaw, constituting Annex 3 to the Draft provisions of the agreement.

1.3.3. The Contracting Authority plans to perform not less than 50% of the amount of works provided for in the cost estimate.

1.3.4. The Ordering Party reserves the right to change (increase or decrease) the number of measurement units / the expected number of treatments specified in the cost estimate in the event that during the performance of the contract there is a need to perform a larger amount of a specific scope of work (at the expense of reducing another scope of work). Changes made in this way may not exceed the contractor's remuneration specified for this purpose in § 4 clause 1.of the contract.

1.3.9. The manner of performance and detailed scope of services (PART II OF THE ORDER) are specified in the SWZ and the Draft provisions of the contract together with attachments:

a) Appendix 1 – list of streets of the District of Włochy covered by mechanical cleaning pursuant to § 1 clause 1 point 1;

b) Appendix 2 – list of areas of the District of Włochy covered by manual cleaning in accordance with § 1 section 1 point 2;

c) Appendix 3 – detailed conditions for the implementation of the contract;

d) Appendix 4 – offer estimate for summer cleaning of local streets, sidewalks, parking bays and passages in the Włochy District m.st Warsaw.
