1. The object of the contract is the performance of services falling within the scope of the order “Winter maintenance of county and provincial roads in the winter season 2021-2022”.

2. Winter maintenance of provincial and county roads will, in particular, consist of ensuring passability and limiting traffic fluidity disruption caused by the winter slipperiness of the roadway, snowfall, snow rain, dreaming drizzle, by removing snow, mud out-of-snow, as well as on the prevention and elimination of winter slipperiness and ensuring the availability of equipment and workers necessary for its operation.

3. The scope of the contract includes the services of the rental of specialized equipment for winter road maintenance together with operator services and the use of the Contractor's own materials, i.e. sand and road salt with an anti-bulb for combating slipperiness on roads, as well as snow removal of pavements and their have sand, in accordance with the demand of the Repair and Repair Teams.

Length of county roads: 171,220 km, length of provincial roads: 46,200 km.

Minimum list of equipment required by the Contracting Authority for Part 1:

1) Sand machine — solder P-1 - 4 pcs *

2) Excavator - Charger - 2 pcs

3) Rotor plough - 1 pc.

4) Grader - 1 pc.

5) Blend plough - 3 pcs.

6) Wedge plough - 1 pc.

* denotes 4 complete pieces (i.e., plough+ sandbo-solder, on 4 separate carriers)

Note - the additional sandpipers at the Contractor's disposal will constitute an off-price criterion for the evaluation of tenders referred to in Chapter XX of the SWZ.

The Contractor's offer must include a complete statement of all the items specified in Annex No 2A to SWZ — Price Calculation for Part 1.

A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract shall include in particular the Price Calculation, constituting Annex No 2A to the SWZ and the Designed contract provisions for Part 1 constituting Annex No 7A to the SWZ.

Length of county roads: 157,350 km, length of provincial roads: 19,200 km.
