The city of Rheda-Wiedenbrück is building a new town hall in solid construction with concrete walls, false ceilings and a concrete structure made of precast concrete trusses, flat roof construction, façades made of aluminum / glass elements and curtain-wall ventilated façades. For this building, some metal construction work has to be carried out indoors, such as various door elements made of steel and as tubular frame doors, railing constructions on the concrete stairs. Furthermore, a steel staircase with grate covering on one floor and a sectional door with an outside door seal in the area of delivery.

- Stair and pedestal railing with cheek paneling made of sheet steel and flat steel railing with wooden handrail oak: approx. 26 m,
- Handrail on wall: approx. 40 m,
- T30 / RS tubular frame door elements made of 1,26x2,13 m aluminum: 3 pieces,
- sheet steel door elements 1 wing without requirements: 1 piece,
- Sheet steel door panels 1 wing with T30 / RS requirement: 10 pieces,
- Sheet steel door panels 2 bladed with T30 / RS requirement: 1 piece,
- sheet steel door elements 2 wings 3,0x4,50 m with T30 / RS- requirement: 1 piece,
- Sectional door bxh = 3.0 x 4.22 m, powered by: 1 piece,
- Door seal outside around sectional door: 1 piece.
