The object of the order is to carry out the following works on the territory of Warsaw:

a) emptying bins,

b) emergency emptying of baskets,

c) moving baskets,

d) washing baskets,

(e) emptying containers for separate waste collection

Under the contract, the Contractor undertakes to carry out the following works:

a) emptying bins,

(b) interventional emptying of baskets,

(c) rearranging the baskets,

d) washing baskets.

The Contracting Authority is obliged to employ employees on the basis of an employment contract within the meaning of the Act of 26 June 1974 – Labour Code (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510, as amended).
